About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for investigating client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve client inquiries related to margin analysis, position liquidations, trade cancellation requests, and order status.
  • Utilize sound judgment and courtesy to provide timely and effective responses to clients via various channels.
  • Familiarize yourself with proprietary trading platforms and administrative portals to educate clients on our self-service business model.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Department to resolve complaints and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate activities with local and international Client Service divisions and interact with external departments such as Programming, Clearing, Cashiering, and Compliance.

To succeed in this role, you should have a university degree in finance, economics, or a related field, along with a minimum of two years of experience in the financial industry. You must also possess excellent product knowledge, strong PC technologies proficiency, and fluency in English. German language skills are required, and FINRA SIE and Series 7 certifications are highly desirable.
