Job Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Tax Consulting team as a Graduate in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or final-year students to gain valuable experience and develop their skills in tax advisory work.

The successful candidate will be part of a 3.5-year training contract, working towards ACA/CTA qualifications. They will engage in tax advisory work across international and local tax regulations, including involvement in tax policy and interaction with government and stakeholders to shape tax legislation.

This role involves supporting finance and business teams with tax transformation and technology initiatives, including the use of AI to deliver tax services. The individual will collaborate with senior management to review global business models and supply chains; contribute to transfer pricing policy design for major multinationals.

They will participate in cross-functional teams covering M&A advisory, international taxation, and aviation & finance tax advisory capabilities. In addition, they will take part in mentorship and development programs, with exposure to the firm's performance management and buddy systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current undergraduate student in final year or current master's student from any discipline (including science, law, business, social sciences).
  • Minimum 2.1 in your current university results.
  • Demonstrated initiative and/or university involvement.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for a client-facing role.
