About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and efficient Warehouse Operations Professional to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operation, you will be responsible for the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials, ensuring that all activities are conducted in a safe and controlled manner.

  • You will perform daily tasks such as receiving, inspecting, and storing materials, as well as coordinating shipments and inventory management.
  • Your attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records will be crucial in this role, ensuring that all inventory is correctly tracked and accounted for.
Responsibilities:
  1. Inventory Management: Ensure accurate tracking and recording of inventory levels, identifying and resolving discrepancies as necessary.
  2. Receiving and Inspection: Inspect incoming materials for damage or defects, reporting any issues to the relevant personnel.
  3. Storage and Retrieval: Store materials in a secure and organized manner, ensuring easy access when needed.
  4. Shipping and Dispatch: Coordinate the preparation and dispatch of materials, adhering to established procedures and timelines.
Requirements:
  • You should possess a strong understanding of inventory control principles and practices.
  • A minimum of a Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous, providing a solid foundation for success in this position.
