Community Solutions Manager

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Community Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Community Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the administration of new and existing clients, ensuring that all projects are actioned in a timely manner.
Your primary focus will be on coordinating with community groups, organising quotes for energy audits, providing information on financial supports available, and coordinating with project managers and grants teams. You will also be responsible for managing the list of Community Projects to ensure everything is actioned in an appropriate manner and timeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Development: Liaise with community groups, organise quotes for energy audits, provide information on financial supports available, coordinate with project managers and grants teams.
- Managing the List of Community Projects: Ensure everything is actioned in an appropriate manner and timeline.
- Grants Coordination: Assist in the preparation of grant application packs for community projects.
- Community Fund: Assist with the administration of the SE Systems Community Fund.
- Events: Assist with the organisation of Community events which will be run nationally.
- Marketing: Assist the marketing team by gathering information on completed Community Projects for case studies, videos, social media posts, and testimonials.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3 Years minimum experience in a coordination, project management or administration role.
- Third level qualification, preferably in Business Administration, Project Management or any other relevant area.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a desire to take initiative and be proactive.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communications skills.
- Results-driven with proven ability to build strong client relationships.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work with a positive attitude.
- Excellent time management and ability to demonstrate resilience in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
