Key Financial Operations Specialist

The Reporting Financial Analyst plays a crucial role in facilitating the receipt, disbursement, and reconciliation of borrower funds during the loan's pre-funding and funding period. This involves close collaboration with investor/fund administrator, trade management, and treasury teams to ensure seamless operations.
The successful candidate will prepare daily and periodic investment reports, including valuations, investor remittance files, and other financial statements. They will also coordinate with internal and external parties related to reporting, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
Responsibilities include reviewing bank account reconciliations, investor files, and wire transfers for accuracy, as well as interpreting investment management and servicing agreements, regulations, SOPs, and loan documents to ensure accounting and reporting requirements are met.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to multitask and prioritize based on deadlines. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), PowerBI, and Microsoft SQL, although knowledge of Accounting Information Systems is a plus.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or accounting is preferred, along with relevant accounting or finance experience.
