Responsibilities

  • Leverage advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to our customers' individual needs.
  • Interact with leading engineers around the world to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Partner with Amazon Web Services teams to help reproduce and resolve customer issues.
  • Drive customer communication during critical events.
  • Write tutorials, how-to videos, and other technical articles for the developer community.
  • Work on critical, highly complex customer problems that may span multiple AWS services.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in cloud computing and networking.
  • Advanced knowledge/experience on troubleshooting networking issues using several tools.
  • Knowledge/experience of network security, including SSL/TLS, Network- and Web Application Firewalls, Intrusion Detection and Prevention Services.
  • Operating Systems knowledge oriented to maintenance and administrative purposes.
  • Knowledge/experience monitoring IT services and good command of associated technologies.
