Senior Quality Leader

Location: Longford

We are looking for an experienced, value-driven professional to lead our quality management team and drive quality culture across site operations.

About the Role

This is a pivotal position responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, customer codes of practice, and BRC standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in FMCG manufacturing quality management and be able to embed a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain robust quality management systems across site operations.
  • Guarantee product safety, legality, and compliance with all relevant legislation, customer codes of practice, and BRC requirements.
  • Lead and develop the site Quality Team, fostering a culture of excellence and driving quality improvements.
  • Oversee HACCP, QMS, and product recall management to ensure safe product release every time.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product launches, trials, and CAPEX projects.
  • Develop and implement site technical plans, quality KPIs, and regulatory compliance strategies.
Requirements
  • 4+ years managerial experience within an FMCG manufacturing environment.
  • Proven knowledge of BRC standards and customer codes of practice.
  • Excellent planning, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exposure to NPD within FMCG manufacturing (desired but not essential).
