Overview:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join our Endoscopy Team in a leading hospital in Cork. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Endoscopy Team, ensuring high-quality patient care and effective team performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- At least five years' recent relevant post-registration nursing experience in an acute hospital setting.
- Proven experience in Endoscopy or a related field.
- Registered with the NMBI.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
