Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled C&Q Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing qualification templates and protocols in Kneat (EDES).

The ideal candidate will have experience working on CapEx projects in Ireland and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Template Development: Develop qualification templates and protocols in Kneat (EDES).
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with a third-party vendor to develop templates for use on the project.
  • CQV Template Creation: Create CQV templates and documents in Kneat.
  • Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to other CQV Engineers in using Kneat.
  • Hypercare Support: Coordinate with the third-party vendor to provide Hypercare support as other engineers develop specific documents and execute them in Kneat.
  • Kneat Workspace Management: Manage the Kneat workspace for the project and update templates as needed over the project's course.
  • System Shakedown and Commissioning: Perform shakedown and commissioning of systems.
  • Liaison: Liaise with project, site, and global parties regarding the use of Kneat on the project.

Requirements:

  • Education: B.Sc/B.Eng. degree in engineering, preferably mechanical or process engineering.
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience as a Power User with Kneat, developing templates and documents.
  • Work Experience: A minimum of 4 years' experience from biotechnology or pharmaceutical GMP CQV environments.
  • Soft Skills: Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively respond to business needs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity: Familiarity with Delta-V & Navis Works is advantageous.
