The Role: Compliance Leader

Job Summary

This is a pivotal position that will provide insight, oversight and challenge on risk and compliance matters. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure regulatory requirements are met and risks are mitigated.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the business to fulfill its immediate and ongoing Risk and Compliance obligations.
  • Provide guidance on risk and compliance matters related to business initiatives and engagements.
  • Develop robust risk and compliance management practices across the organization.
  • Represent risk and compliance at governance committees and boards.
Qualifications Required
  • In-depth knowledge of financial services regulatory regimes in Ireland.
  • Senior-level experience working within a regulated environment, preferably 5-10 years.
  • Significant previous experience of proven leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to lead and develop teams.
