The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting clients and team members in the products and services that we manage, ensuring a superior level of service to our ever-increasing client base. You will have ownership of custody relationships for assigned clients and develop effective relationships with critical business partners, internal clients, and relevant third parties.
Key responsibilities include tracking service and delivery results against project plans and Service Level Delivery, monitoring service delivery through client reviews, internal/external surveys, specific client feedback, consultant feedback. You will also provide appropriate escalation of service and delivery issues/opportunities to Relationship Managers, Client Service Managers, Internal Stakeholders.

The successful candidate will also have the ability to communicate with partners and clients at all levels, foster an inclusive environment within the team, learn and share client strategy, products, and industry initiatives, and improve service delivery, increase efficiency, effectiveness, and overall productivity.
