The Maintenance Specialist role is a critical position within our organization.
About the Role:- We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Maintenance Specialist.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on production machinery to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and mechanical issues using blueprints, equipment manuals, and advanced technical knowledge.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections to identify potential problems before they occur.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong mathematical skills and ability to read complex blueprints, drawings, and notes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with lockout/tagout procedures.
- Knowledge of quality control processes.
- Experience with inventory management software.
- This is a full-time position working 2-2-3 shift pattern.
