We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Paediatric Nurse to join our roster of talented professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to children with complex needs in the comfort of their own homes. To succeed in this position, you must have a passion for delivering exceptional patient care, a strong understanding of child development principles, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assess patients' needs and develop individualised care plans
  • Provide high-quality care to children with complex needs in a homecare setting
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to medication management guidelines
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements

  • Prior experience in paediatric nursing, preferably in a homecare setting
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated competence in child development and growth principles
