Duties:
- Manage client IT support tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with clients to meet service expectations and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with technical teams to drive prompt solutions and improve overall efficiency.
- Own the invoicing and billing process, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Prepare detailed reports on support trends, client performance, and outstanding balances.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver product demos and facilitate client feedback sessions to enhance client relationships.
- Identify and implement process improvements in support and finance operations to increase productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in client IT support, operations, or/and some finance understanding (fintech or SaaS a plus).
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (automation, analysis, reporting) - Excel Wizz.
- Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
- Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
