We are seeking an experienced Executive Financial Manager to join our team in Ireland. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and ensuring the company's financial health.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's overall business objectives and growth plans. Partner with the MD and other executive team members to provide strategic insights and recommendations based on financial analysis and projections.
  2. Financial Management & Reporting: Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, treasury, tax, compliance, and internal controls. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial reporting, adhering to legal and regulatory standards.
  3. Risk Management & Compliance: Identify and manage financial risks, implementing risk mitigation strategies to protect the company's assets. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  4. Capital Management: Manage the company's capital structure, optimizing working capital, and ensuring adequate liquidity.
  5. Operational Efficiency: Drive financial process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and scalability. Implement and maintain effective financial systems and technologies to streamline operations.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  2. CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification is a plus.
  3. A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably within the payment solutions, fintech, or financial services industry.
  4. Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with a strong understanding of financial management principles.
  5. Strong knowledge of risk management, compliance, and regulatory frameworks in the financial services industry.
  6. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
  7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
