Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated professionals to join our team of therapists. As a therapist at our center, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, individualized therapy sessions to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental delays.

Our therapy approach is centered around the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), which has been proven to be an effective method for improving behavior and skill acquisition in individuals with ASD.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized ABA programs under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Provide direct 1:1 therapy sessions to children with ASD and other developmental delays
  • Teach skills such as social, daily living, and communication skills
  • Collect data on program targets and track progress using online systems

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field, such as psychology, special education, or applied behavior analysis
  • No experience necessary - we provide training and support for new therapists
  • Ability to work with children with ASD and other developmental delays
