About the Role:
">We are seeking a seasoned Contract Specialist to oversee and manage contracts for the IT category. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all parties adhere to the agreed-upon terms and conditions, as well as fostering positive relationships with vendors.

- Contract Management: Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to ensure contracts are fair, compliant, and in the company's best interest.">
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess vendor performance against service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).">
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships.">
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with vendors.">
- Cost Management: Monitor vendor costs and expenses to ensure alignment with budgetary guidelines.">
- Vendor Evaluation: Periodically evaluate vendor performance and value to the organization.">
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance vendor management processes.">
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, supply chain management, finance, or law.">
- 5-8 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.">
- Strong understanding of vendor management best practices, processes, and strategies.">
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.">
- Strong organizational skills and ability to analyze data and vendor performance metrics.">
- Ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions.">
