The role of a Roads Design Engineer at our client is to develop detailed designs for new roads, highways, and transportation networks. This involves using design software and other engineering tools for accurate road layout and alignment.

Key responsibilities include ensuring designs comply with local, state, and national standards and regulations, developing effective drainage systems, and integrating culverts, gutters, and stormwater management solutions into the roadway design.

We are seeking an experienced professional with relevant experience in a consultancy environment in the UK/Ireland and educated to degree level in engineering (Level 8/9). Strong communication skills in written and spoken English are essential, as well as computer literacy and experience with relevant design software such as Auto CAD Civil 3D and Bentley Open Roads.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our client's multidisciplinary team in Dublin and contribute to their wide range of projects across Ireland.
