Key Responsibilities:

  • Policy Development: Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes, enhancing the quality of life for those we serve.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven deputy manager experience or equivalent, demonstrating your ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • A track record of success as a home manager or similar role, showcasing your expertise in leadership and care management.
  • NMC Registration, ensuring your commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
