We are seeking a Deputy Home Manager to join our team in a children's residential service in Dublin.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Social Care, with a qualification at minimum QQI Level 7, and at least 3 years of experience working in children's residential care, with 2 years at team leader level. They will also have up-to-date knowledge of legislation surrounding Residential Childcare and Safeguarding, as well as experience of multi-disciplinary working with various professionals in the industry.

Key responsibilities will include delivering reports and meeting deadlines, while also maintaining a flexible approach to meet business needs. The successful candidate will be required to work shifts if necessary and hold a full driving licence with business insurance.
