Job Description

This is a mid-senior level management position that requires strong leadership skills, creativity, and expertise in outdoor pursuits such as equestrian, falconry, fishing, and clay pigeon shooting. The successful candidate will design and deliver personalized experiences for guests, offering recommendations based on interests and skill levels, and refine offerings based on feedback.

Main Responsibilities
  • Bespoke Activity Planning: Design and operate activities tailored to guest preferences, ensuring 5-star service and memorable experiences.
  • Guest Experience Creation: Create personalized experiences for guests, offering recommendations based on interests and skill levels, and refine offerings based on feedback.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and train a team of activity specialists, ensuring high standards of instruction and service while fostering a positive, collaborative environment.
  • Quality Assurance & Safety: Ensure activities meet safety standards and regulations, maintaining equipment in top condition and monitoring compliance with local rules.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in outdoor pursuits such as equestrian, falconry, fishing, and clay pigeon shooting.
  • Ability to lead and train a team, ensuring consistent standards and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
