Enterprise Cryptography Lead
">We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our enterprise-wide cryptographic strategy, focusing on key and certificate management. This critical role ensures the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive data across our global operations.
The successful candidate will oversee cryptographic governance, lifecycle management, and compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of an enterprise cryptographic strategy
- Define and enforce cryptographic standards, policies, and procedures
- Manage the enterprise-wide inventory of cryptographic assets, including keys, certificates, and HSMs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure implementation of cryptographic controls
- Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for cryptographic operations
Requirements:
- Deep expertise in cryptographic technologies, including PKI, TLS, HSMs, and certificate/key lifecycle management
- Proven leadership in managing large-scale cryptographic programs
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and their cryptographic requirements
- Experience with cloud-native cryptographic services
