Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our front-line operations team. As a key member of our crew, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our business.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting day-to-day operations of the business
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy shop floor environment
  • Ensuring all food safety policies are met
  • Preparing food to high standards
  • Following and enforcing company manual training content
  • Managing stock levels and controlling inventory
  • Providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers
  • Working closely with management to achieve weekly and quarterly targets
