Job Description

The Role
As a senior employment solicitor, you will join a dynamic and esteemed team working on a range of both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.

You will provide strategic HR advice and advise on claims of discrimination and diversity as well as trade union relations. You will play a key role in directly advising a diverse international and domestic client base on cross-border and high-profile employment law matters.

You will also demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development while managing client relationships.

  • 4-6 PQE
  • Strong background in employment law within a large international or City firm
  • Post-graduate qualification in employment law highly advantageous
  • Ability to demonstrate strong commercial awareness
  • Outstanding academics
  • Technically excellent
  • Willingness to become involved in business development
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
