We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic candidate to fill a key role within our organization.

Job Overview:

The successful applicant will be responsible for taking orders for car parts over the telephone and counter, as well as upselling to increase invoice value.

  • Taking orders for car parts over the telephone and counter
  • Upselling to increase invoice value
  • Outbound calling to raise customer awareness and achieve higher sales
  • Building long-term rapport with local customers
  • Actively promoting offers, discounts, and customer competitions
  • Limited credits and returns by ordering and sending the right car parts, first time

To be successful in this role, you will need to be punctual, organised, and efficient whilst working towards deadlines.

  • Pro-active and enthusiastic when speaking with customers
  • Able to demonstrate empathy towards customers
  • Professional and possess excellent communication skills
