Job Description:

TN Ireland is seeking a Supply Chain Management Associate to join our logistics team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for managing the movement of freight and ensuring timely delivery to our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the flow of freight to meet customer needs
  • Accurately record and update operational data
  • Provide clear and concise tracking and tracing information to customers
  • Utilize export workflow to streamline shipment movements
  • Process timely and accurate billing for clients and vendors
  • Coordinate delivery and clearance of freight when necessary
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and productivity
  • Adhere to customer standard operating procedures
  • Meet set KPIs as defined by the Company
  • Escalate any issues to management promptly

Requirements:

Knowledge:

  • 3-5 years of experience in road freight operations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Broad knowledge of local regulatory requirements
  • Hazardous materials certification (desired)

Skills:

  • Results-driven approach to work with a focus on quality
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
