Platform Services Director

A senior leader is required to oversee the development of platform services for our company's games. The ideal candidate will have a product-oriented approach and a strong focus on quality and reliability.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and significant experience in software development.
  • Proven track record of managing large engineering teams (40+ people) and hiring process.
  • Experience creating a culture of independent and self-organized teams.
  • Strong understanding of game engine architecture and high-load products with distributed architecture.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with C++, Python, Go, JS, and other relevant technologies.
  • Familiarity with game development principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
