**The Position:**

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Corporate Finance to lead our team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to drive strategic financial initiatives and contribute to the organization's growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in treasury management, cash flow forecasting, and risk management, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Cash flow forecasting and short-term liquidity planning
  • Development and implementation of treasury policies and procedures
  • Management of external loans, financing arrangements, and FX management
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with bankers
  • Presentation of financial information to executive leadership

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 8 years' experience as a corporate treasurer
  • Multi-jurisdictional environment experience
  • Experience working in a complex organizational structure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Graduate in business/economics or related field
  • ACT certification preferred
  • Skills: cash flow forecasting, pooling netting, treasury management, bank relationship management, transformation
