- Lead and manage a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals, providing guidance and supervision to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to deliver high-quality patient care. They will be knowledgeable about relevant clinical guidelines, policies, and procedures, and have experience in managing complex cases and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements:- Registered General Nurse or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a clinical management role, preferably in oncology or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in developing and implementing service plans and budgets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, patients, and stakeholders.
