About the Role

As a seasoned project manager, you will be responsible for leading the Global Project Department at Europe zone level. Your primary objective is to ensure the overall success of all bids and projects by delivering business results and strategic targets defined at EFOR ExCom level.

You will represent and manage the accountability of all operations on behalf of the P&L owners. This role reports directly to the Global GPD Head with a dotted line to the European COO.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the Group's strategy and related objectives, standards, and best practices within the department.
  • Develop and implement the Business Plan for the Global Project Department within Europe.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, ensuring their relevance through training and development.
  • Ensure full compliance with the bid submission process, including reviews from various stakeholders.
  • Lead results-commitment proposals and delivery, transforming Time and Material projects into Services Centre projects using a 'massification' approach.
  • Oversee programme management, focusing on risks and opportunities, project recovery, quality assurance, profitability, skills development, and more.
  • Develop and improve knowledge management in terms of project management.

Main Objectives/KPIs:

  • Revenue (actuals, forecast)
  • Client Satisfaction (NPS, Clientsat)
  • Win Ratio (Number, Value)
  • D diagram3+ weight (%)
