  • BCS, NCI or IIBA – qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience working in an agile environment and knowledge of different delivery methodologies such as scrum, kanban, and waterfall.
  • Proven experience leading large teams in the discovery, refine and deliver, working within agreed target dates and service levels.
  • Excellent technical skills with a wide knowledge of methodologies and tools.
  • Solution-focused and outcome-oriented with excellent track record of achievements and innovation.
