
Sales Advisor

We are currently seeking a professional to assist future students in selecting the right course and supporting the delivery of our training programmes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide guidance on suitable training options based on individual goals.
- Attend appointments and follow-ups with potential students to drive sales.
- Offer after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of competitors to support strategic positioning.
- Prepare reports, reviews, and sales records for management.
- Supervise and support students throughout their learning journey.
- Manage student attendance, payments, and course progress.
- Administer course logistics including exams and materials.
- Promote our training services through events, marketing, and networking.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming training environment.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team, Training Manager, and other departments.
- A fulfilling role helping individuals achieve their career objectives.
