**Job Title:** Healthcare Instructor

**Job Description**

As a healthcare instructor, you will work with students to develop their practical caring skills and become competent in the work of a healthcare support worker. Your role will involve delivering training courses, both virtually and in-person, which includes pre-course preparations and resources.

**Responsibilities**
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs that cater to the needs of learners.
  • Deliver training in line with current training plans and validation guidelines to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Implement QQI policies and procedures throughout the delivery of training, instruction, and assessment of learners.
  • Coach, mentor, and challenge learners to develop their own competence and achieve their full potential.
  • Support learners with access to and navigation of learning management systems to facilitate their learning experience.
**Requirements**
  • QQI Level 6 Train the Trainer/QQI Level 6 Training & Development Special Purpose Award or higher is required for this role.
  • Certificate in Manual Handling & Patient Moving Handling Instruction is also essential.
  • Ability to travel and deliver accurate and timely results is necessary for success in this position.
  • Good presentation skills and solid verbal and written communication skills are vital for effective communication with learners and stakeholders.
