Job Title: Senior Regulatory AnalystJob Description:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Regulatory Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our regulatory team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on regulatory matters, ensuring that our organization remains compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on regulatory matters, including the interpretation and implementation of new or amended regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, industry associations, and internal teams.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and gap analyses to identify areas of non-compliance and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that regulatory requirements are integrated into business processes and systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory landscape and provide recommendations for improvements to existing policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as law, finance, or business.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulations and data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
