Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the golf club's operations, ensuring the highest quality and standards of food, beverage, catering, and related services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Report regularly to the Board on operations and make recommendations as appropriate.
  2. Maintain familiarity with the terms of all leases and contracts.
  3. Review and monitor monthly financial statements and report on the financial status of the club.
  4. Report any health and safety-related issues.
  5. Recommend adjustments of budgets, changes to cash needs, and other financial matters to the board with appropriate suggestions for remedial action.
  6. Assist committees in their capital budget and coordinate this process through the Board's approval process.
  7. Implement and monitor the process to attract new members and revenue-creating events.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in managing and developing a team within a golf club or hotel setting is desirable.
  2. Ability to demonstrate knowledge and experience in the golf industry.
  3. Minimum of three years' experience in a similar role.
  4. High level working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
