Job Description Overview
Duties and Responsibilities of a Staff NurseThe Staff Nurse - Interventional Radiology role at TN Ireland involves a range of duties and responsibilities including:
- Activating individualised plans of care for newly admitted patients.
- Conducting radiography exams as needed and meeting competency frameworks.
- Maintaining superior levels of radiography practice.
- Participating in on-call rotations as required.
- Understanding and adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Reporting any issues or incidents that may threaten patient safety.
- Delivering high-quality patient care through effective attention to civility, efficacy, efficiency and secrecy.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- NMBI Registered General Nurse license in good standing.
- At least 1 year of post-registration experience in an acute hospital setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills, as well as proven clinical ability; fluency in written & spoken English.
