Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for performing multi-skilled maintenance tasks across the site, including preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance. This is a full-time position based in our facility.

Responsibilities:
  1. Perform a full range of plant maintenance tasks and repairs on a proactive/planned and reactive basis.
  2. Carry out maintenance fitter work to meet day-to-day engineering services in a busy high-speed manufacturing environment.
  3. Implement equipment reliability improvements and develop new maintenance workflow methods and techniques.
  4. Optimise processes to ensure maximum efficiency.
  5. Employ predictive maintenance techniques to achieve benchmark plant reliability.
  6. FOLLOW SAFE SYSTEMS OF WORK IN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT.
  7. Lead continuous improvement initiatives in predictive maintenance techniques such as thermo-graphic imaging and vibration analysis.
  8. Become a key member in company initiatives such as implementation of maintenance management systems.
  9. Coordinate contractors and other technicians on site.
  10. Plan and schedule maintenance area collaborating with production, supply chain, and quality (& EHS).
