Your Role

We're searching for an Analyst for our team in Dublin. You will be involved in delivering Controls Assurance process to all EMEA Investment Teams. You will be responsible for ensuring risk exposure is accurately assessed and the controls to mitigate these risks are effectively designed and operating efficiently. This is a key requirement to ensure the Front Office business has implemented effective risk management processes and is adhering to all necessary regulatory and organisational obligations.

You will also be involved in:

1. Working within the Controls Assurance Team to understand and assess the inherent risks faced as a business and the control processes in place to manage these risks.
2. Undertake detailed analysis of business processes and interrogation of the underlying trading and investment data to understand the control operation and efficiency.
3. Provide data for reporting into the Investment Business detailing any observations made through the review of control processes. Utilise data analysis to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of controls.
4. Provide information into the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process by informing management of the completeness of the control environment. Assist with the update and maintenance of the RCSAs.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
* Excellent digital literacy and coding skills (e.g. VBA, Python, SQL)
* Good understanding of the investment environment
* Ability to understand processes and manipulate data
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
* Proficient in English, both written and spoken
