Assistant Manager

We are looking for an ambitious and creative Assistant Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our concession, leading a team of sales associates, and driving sales growth through excellent customer service and sales techniques.
About The Role- This is a full-time role requiring a 37.5-hour working week with flexible hours.
- Be a brand ambassador and embody the spirit of our luxury brand.
- Drive sales through exceptional customer service, effective sales techniques, and a deep understanding of our product range.
- Lead your team by example, providing coaching and training to ensure they deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Work closely with the store manager to achieve sales targets and provide a personalized shopping experience for customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to build customer loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion management or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth and excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Detailed knowledge of fashion trends and products.
- Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends as required.
