About the Role:
A talented Sous Chef is required to join our team in a prestigious golf club in Co. Kerry, Ireland. We are seeking an ambitious and skilled individual who can assist the Head Chef in maintaining high standards of food production, innovative menu creation, and smooth kitchen operations.

As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for:
  • Supporting and motivating the kitchen team while upholding excellence in food production and presentation.
  • Participating actively in the menu planning process, bringing creativity and innovation.
  • Ensuring strict operational hygiene and food safety standards within the kitchen.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a 4-star or higher hotel kitchen or upscale restaurant. A bachelor's degree in hospitality or culinary arts is preferred but not mandatory. Proven ability to enhance guest satisfaction and manage a high-performing team is essential. Key skills required include exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, team-oriented with robust problem-solving skills, professional demeanor, and a dedication to quality.
