Electrical Engineering Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Manager to oversee the effective management of our regional engineering team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving project design packages, ensuring adherence to specifications along with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include providing strong leadership in planning, executing, and delivering project design packages, identifying opportunities for improvement, collaborating with global teams to ensure alignment of design packages and standardization of product offerings, and acting as a point of escalation for resolving issues that may arise during project execution.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:
  • 3rd level qualification in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of high standards for individual, team and organisational accomplishment and delivering desired results.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with all levels of stakeholders.
  • A good understanding of business operations and the commercial viability and impact of technical/professional decisions on the performance of the organisation.
