We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to work as a Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor in our Blackpool, Cork pharmacy. This is a part-time/full-time permanent/fixed term contract that requires excellent product knowledge of over-the-counter medications and the ability to provide exceptional assistance to customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the OTC counter and shop floor sales, as well as being the main point of contact for valued customers. To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively. You should also have excellent product knowledge, be empathetic and confidential when dealing with customers, and have a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To deliver an exceptional level of customer service and adhere to company policies and ethos.
  • To ensure the pharmacy is properly merchandised, kept clean and tidy, and stock levels are maintained correctly.
