We are seeking a highly skilled and registered Social Worker to join our team at the Roscrea Primary Care Centre.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a fast-paced multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.
- Report to the manager as appropriate, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
- Attend staff meetings to stay informed and contribute to decision-making processes.
- Work 35 hours per week, maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Possesses a recognised qualification as a Social Worker with CORU registration.
- Holds permission to work in Ireland.
- Demonstrates a professional approach to work, prioritising patient needs and well-being.
