Large Scale MEP Project Estimator

Access Talent Group is seeking an experienced CSA Estimator to work on large scale projects in Dublin worth a minimum of €5M. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to assist on a wide variety of unique projects, leveraging their expertise in the electrical industry.

About the Role:

  • Estimate costs and resources required for large scale MEP projects in Dublin

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery meets client expectations

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues associated with project delivery

Requirements:

  • Considerable experience in Irish Contracting

  • Education: Quantity Surveying or Engineering Degree

  • Considerable experience in main contracting

  • Vast knowledge on the fluidity that makes large scale projects progress

  • Knowledge of the MEP sector and the reasons for certain projects
