Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the O&M Area Coordinator to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies for our PV plants;
  • Supervise the implementation of maintenance plans and provide technical support to our teams;
  • Promote and enforce adherence to company procedures and guidelines within your technical team;
  • Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental practices among your team members;
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure that all equipment is functioning correctly and identify any potential issues;
  • Support the coordination and management of services provided by our O&M field team and subcontractors;
  • Coordinate between onsite teams and Remote Services to ensure seamless operations;
  • Participate in hands-on preventive maintenance and corrective activities to troubleshoot and diagnose failures;
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in renewable energy (solar, wind, hydroelectric or other);
  • Proven experience in maintenance management processes and systems;
  • High voltage switching, HV AP/SAP, and power electronics expertise;
  • Familiarity with technical design principles;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Ability to travel within the country for short periods and on short notice;
