Job Title: Retail Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a district of stores, overseeing all Store Managers and fostering a positive, high-performing team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a district of stores
  • Foster a positive, high-performing team environment
  • Coach, support, and develop Store Managers to drive success
  • Monitor and optimise stock flow and cash management
  • Conduct regular district tours with the Sales Executive
  • Provide analysis and feedback to support key projects
  • Manage store openings, refurbishments, and re-openings
  • Develop and execute annual business plans and staffing strategies
  • Define and track KPIs to ensure operational excellence
  • Align district performance with company strategy

Requirements:

  • A minimum 2.1 degree in any discipline or at least 3 years of management experience
  • Strong communication, planning, organisational, and analytical skills
  • A motivated, flexible, and results-driven leader
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
  • A genuine interest in building a long-term career in retail
