You will work with a variety of agreements, including software licensing, SaaS models, professional services, and more.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Negotiating contracts directly with clients, finding creative solutions that meet both their needs and ours.
- Evaluating contracts to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and legal best practices.
- Collaborating with various teams (Sales, Legal, Finance, etc.) to drive deals to successful completion.
- Maintaining and enforcing contracting policies, including approval processes for non-standard terms and pricing.
- Providing ongoing support to the salesforce with client contract administration.
- Advising management on contractual terms and risks.
- Developing training programs for Sales and other departments on contract issues and negotiation strategies.
