About the Role:
This is a fantastic chance for a motivated engineer to develop their career with a well-established company known for offering strong career progression and the chance to work on large-scale civil engineering projects. Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the technical aspects of civil engineering projects from start to finish.
  • Assist in supervising site teams, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Setting Out / Surveying
  • Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Help prepare and review technical documentation, including plans, designs, and reports.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site teams.
  • Monitor project progress and assist in reporting updates to senior management.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, with 2-4 years of experience in a site engineering role within the civil engineering sector. Strong knowledge of construction methods, processes, and safety regulations is essential, along with good communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure is also required. A full clean driving license is necessary for the position.
