Social Care Worker and Assistant

Provide care to people who require support in their daily lives. The role of a Support Worker and Assistant is to support individuals in developing their skills and achieving personal outcomes.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting individuals with their daily plans and activities
- Providing assistance with living skills such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry
- Accompanying individuals on community visits and appointments
- Helping individuals with education and skill development
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- No qualification required for Assistant Support Worker (all necessary training provided)
- Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or related discipline for Social Care Worker
- Good attitude to work and passion for supporting people
- Full Driver's Licence required or in the process of achieving a Full Driver's Licence
