Operations Director

Key Position Available:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Operations Manager at our esteemed hospitality establishment.

• The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Pigs Lane team, managing a team of 10 personnel.
• They will work closely with their team to drive sales growth while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
• Additionally, they will be responsible for completing weekly rosters in line with budgets, working closely with business stakeholders.
• Management and development of the team will also be a key aspect of this role, ensuring learning and development opportunities are available to all staff members.
• The ideal candidate will ensure that all service standards are consistently maintained at the highest level, providing exceptional customer experiences at all times.
• Furthermore, they will resolve guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, prioritizing guest satisfaction above all else.
• Maximising sales opportunities and promoting a sales-focused environment will also be an essential part of this role.

About You:

• A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a management role within a similar environment is required.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure, are essential.
• Highly customer and management focused, with great attention to detail and fluent English language skills, are also necessary.
